With over 12 years of experience in HR leadership across diverse sectors including Technology, Aviation, Telecommunications, Logistics, Consulting and Financial Services, I specialize in building HR departments from the ground up, aligning talent management with business goals, and fostering diverse and inclusive work environments. I am passionate about enabling organizations to optimize their workforce and create empowering environments for employees.
As the Founder of StarGuide HR Consulting and The Lady Mercedes Solutions, I’ve been instrumental in providing customized HR solutions to businesses and individuals in Africa, Europe, and beyond. My team and I help organizations build strong, scalable HR infrastructures, drive talent acquisition strategies, and ensure HR practices align with their business objectives.
I also serve as a Superintendent of Police in the Supernumerary Unit, where I contribute to public safety and community development. This role complements my passion for empowering individuals and improving societal structures, creating a balance between professional growth and community well-being.
